The scarcest commodity in most people's work and personal life is now time. And yet many people who complain they do not have enough time would be surprised to find out how much of their present time is not being utilize effectively.

This seminar will teach staff how to evaluate the effectiveness of their present time utilization, and develop strategies to free up more productive and leisure time. This seminar works very well as a complement to the Work Life Balance programme.
