WHAT IS IT?
An independent assessment of staff attitudes morale and operational issues undertaken by an experienced TeamOne auditor.
PURPOSE
To quantify and document prevailing staff attitudes and morale and where necessary make recommendations for improving the culture around development of individuals and team building.
To enhance the work place environment through communication and motivation
METHOD
Arrange briefing meeting with senior management to get an operational overview, discuss the history, and set parameters for the audit.
Depending on the size of your organisation, we will spend the relevant time on site working unobtrusively among your people observing operational functions during the course of their working shift or day.
Where appropriate, attend any regular management meetings as an observer.
Review current lines of communication.
Hold informal interviews with a cross section of the staff from senior management discussions to tea room' surveys.
In large organisations where there is a diversity of ethnic cultures, review how these interact in terms of communication, language difficulties, hierarchical structures etc.
VISION & VALUES - MISSION STATEMENT
Where no regime exists, an audit can include components as the basis for establishing a Vision and Values culture and mission statement for the company.
Where an existing Vision & Values statement exists, its worth and practice can be tested against the original bench mark.
OTHER BENEFITS
Improved employee retention rates and lower induction costs.
Identify individuals with future leadership potential.
Research attitudes regarding the company's health and safety policy. Test and review how effectively it is being implemented.
REPORTING
