Ward has a varied and challenging career.
After graduating from Lincoln University with a postgraduate diploma in Resource Management, Ward was recruited as a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He moved to the New Zealand Immigration Service where he first encountered Team One.
Ward and his wife Agnes then moved to Samoa to begin a very successful high-end women's clothing fashion label – MENA!
They returned to New Zealand to continue building their business.
Ward has extensive experience consulting to such companies and organizations as Carter Holt Harvey, Goodman Fielder, the Rodney District Council as well as Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu.
A specialist in change management and process improvement, Ward brings an extensive knowledge of management systems at a senior level to Team One.
He is a gifted and passionate facilitator for Team One. His strong background in Ngai Tahu tikanga and reo gives him a dimension that has been of enormous value to our Team |
