Wiremu has recently joined the TeamOne facilitation team and has proven a very popular facilitator. He has his own unique style which radiates a sincerity that participants from all walks of life relate to. Wiremu is currently completing a Bachelor of Teaching from Canterbury University.

Wiremu is an acknowledged carver having completed the three year Diploma in Mahi Whakairo at the Maori Arts and Crafts Institute. He has subsequently carved commissions for Nelson Mandela and the Japanese Prime Minster. He holds a black belt in both Eastern and Maori Martial Arts, and was awarded top honours at Mau Rakau at the Mokoia Island Wananga.

He has traveled internationally as a member of the National Award Winning Ngati Rangiwewehi Maori Kapa Haka group and is fluent in Te Reo Maori.
